We hope you are satisfied with your Luscious Cosmetics purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return your products, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased on sales and specials cannot be returned and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. We are unable to accept exchanges at this time. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of defective or missing products, we will replace them at no extra charge.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you with instructions to return the items by mail. Typically, it takes 5-7 working days after receiving returned items for the return to be processed. You will be notified via email.
Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post this transaction once they are notified (typically 3-5 business days). Once the returned items are received, we will process your refund. We can only issue a refund to the exact mode of payment used to make the original purchase.
